House Rules

• Check In 4:00 PM and Check Out 11:00 AM
  
• Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the lake house and loft. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. There will be a $500 fee if cigarettes are smoked indoors. 
• No pets allowed. 
• There is adequate parking. Please do not park in grass.
• Our house and our daughter's home are on the farm. Be considerate of our privacy and avoid the lake area in front of our private home. 
• For your safety and our animals' safety, the owners must be present when you visit the farm animals. Under no circumstances should any fence or gate be crossed or opened.  If this policy is not followed, guests will be asked to leave immediately and/or security deposit will be withheld.
• Property is not suitable for children under 5 due to the lake and spiral staircase. 
• Swim at your own risk. Children 12 and under must be supervised by an adult at the lake and must wear life jackets at all times when on the lake. 
• While we will be considerate of your use of the dock and lake area outside the lake house, please know that there may be times we use the lake for personal use during your stay.
• Fishing is catch and release. Please do not use live minnow bait. No trolling motors.
• While there is a washer and dryer for your personal use, please do not wash our linens during our stay.
